liwei becomes a mugger this holidays and she will try to pass physics for the first time in her jc life :)

im currently doing evolution tutorial :O (when was the last time i did a bio tut!)

anw, life has been good. just that i still need some p=mv (momentum) to go full swing in mugging and be very productive.

sorry if my blog entry is boring. havent had much to blog abt!

i just realised i havent been blogging since 6may o.O that's like 2 weeks.

anw, the 33rd has stepped down. :( i'm officially CCA-less (again!) and im really very free now. maybe i can (for once in a very long time) go home when the sun's still up. which isnt really something i look forward to. let's just say i already have some kinda post-council withdrawal symptoms..

the past 3 days though have been very good days and i feel as if ive been living in a very long dream. partly because i havent had enough sleep (i.e. ard 4 hrs per night) so i feel kinda blur when i wake up (e.g. ytd morning my dad woke me up and i asked him wad day was it)

first i had the most memorable birthday in my whole life. not to mention it was my 18th birthday. so thank you all who made it possible :)

then it was stepping down - emotional, yet really meaningful. it was sort of a nice closure to the council term. and what's more we spent ard 2 hrs taking photos after that. :) and then daphy handed out the farewell notes from everyone to everyone. it was really nice, 50 of us in the cosy council room, readin the notes. and we also had some food.. talked.. then snr + ecaco girls went out for lunch at billy bombers cathay. most of us in slippers and the girls, in fbts, piak-piaking our way unglamly but happily. then drama and more lagging in council room.'

then council cip. tiring but fufilling. together with dance night. (HOTSTUFF RICE!) :D more lagging in our last night in the council room as we (me cx daphne joce hongyi samuel qinpei peter) took markers and wrote our names everywhere (incl the ceiling fan :D) at ard 11pm, we all left and cx hy and i took a parting shot - of us kissing the council room floor.

im gna miss the place, the people, the experience and really just about everything.

but as samlee said, 'this end is a new beginning'.

esp when we all dont have to be restricted by rules and politics anymore. 50 of us - all purely friends and not colleagues in a sense now. so i really hope we can only get to know each other better and better and hold on to theses memories that we all share.

back to reality :(

sundays are lazy days cos i woke up at 11+am, slacked till 3pm and onli started doing econs at abt 4. anw it took me alot of motivation to get my work done, and i wldnt be doing it if not for the fact that i have one of the best tutors in school. but anw, i was thinking how econs may nt make sense.

firstly, for people who love econs, this is not meant to offend u! and secondly, i was thinking i wldnt even be taking econs (which i suck at) at all if not for the stupid contrasting subject thing. anw, thats besides the point.

you see, the market is always imperfect. which means that whatever we learn in econs does not really apply to the market and could never be applied to real life cos every economy is so different (and imperfect). which means that econs is only theoretical and not proven. so why are we studying econs?!?!

its not like science in which you have visible, hard proof to back up what we learn. e.g. in physics (mayb nt for quantum physics) if u pull a block with equal force on both sides its nt supposed to move. and it doesnt (unless u're inaccurate). in chemistry, phenolphtalein turns pink when u pour some into sodium hydroxied. in biology, you can observe many structures on the micro level. (you can even see a heart shaped blood vessel in a xsection of the pancreas through the microscope! :D)

okay nvm. i just suddenly had the ling gan to write this. hope this is interesting enough for leejianyang and mrjasonyu.

meanwhile, i'm still a guai econs student who has prepared for tmr's lesson :)

sore throat + sprinting nose! :(

there's still core module tmr which i die die must go after the stupid cs fiasco :(

but otherwise this wk has been v slack. and i actually did my phy tut for the first time this yr last night. though it was onli one qn but it was commendable effort haha.

im off to rip music fr the recent cds i bought - time for an ipod revamp! :)

im sleepy again. dun noe why but im onli sleepy when its this kind of time, when i have to do work. zz.

anw, rice got a haircut and she looks like a cute little girl! -pinch cheeks- so cute!

oh and i realised i havent blogged in a while. nth much has been happening in my life.. same old, same old. but i did have a good long wkend with the ares outing, csm, athena outing, snr talk crap session, poisson..

tank's coming down to hc tmr. mayb i'll go watch.
