have a bottle of water beside me now i aim to finish 2 bottles before i sleep today and hopefully flush out all my urea or whatever. water gorging!

shopping with joce and hongyi today (sinful.. tmr's op! haha) and main highlights were topshop, walking shaw and scott shopping centre back and forth twice, and hongyi and me gorging ourselves silly with ice cream and sun moulin bread. (yummy!) my appetitie has been v good since saturday! bleh sinful. haha.

okay i must go and do my pw now and slp earlier.
